What exactly does the device do?
Our all-in-one machine combines ambient sound, mist, and warm lighting to help improve sleep, focus, or relaxation.
What sounds are included?
There are 8 ambient sound options such as rain, wind, thunder, birds, fire, frogs, and white noise. You can layer them using the sliders.
Is the mist safe to use while sleeping?
Yes, the built-in humidifier uses a cool mist system that's completely safe for overnight use.
Does it work without being plugged in?
The device must be plugged in to function. A USB-C cable is included with your order.
Can I adjust the brightness or turn off the light?
Yes, the warm glow light can be dimmed or completely turned off, depending on your preference.
